You cannot realistically expect to find an off-the-peg ea that would do all this for you. If you are serious, then you are looking at paying a pro coder big bucks to program it for you. Even writing the specification the programmer would require would be a monumental task on your part.

Your best bet is to adapt your needs to an ea that's already developed.
