Hit daily target of 2% today. This is proving to be more consistent than the first version dsu.

OK - so what does that mean: "This" ? Which version do you use to get your actual results ?

Will try and stick with this for a month as the wmi filter is proving to be better than just the time filter in the orig version

I threw the new version WMIVOL on demo 2 days ago on ten pairs and walked away. Account is up 6% already. Have to go over Fridays data to fine tune, as it took no trades on GY with large move. So far so good!

I have to reload the EA after it encounters a massive spread event. Once it sees a massive spread event and disables trading, it will not kick in again for me after the spread returns to normal. I have seen it do this twice, but without any errors in the logs. Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks.

I think that may be where my problem was Fri. I ran the trades through the piece of crap strategy tester , and I should have had a trade on GBP. I also have no errors in the logs why the trade wasn't taken.

There will be no error messages because there are no errors. The spread is repeatedly recalculated within the loop that shows the pause message and then the loop is exited if the spread is no longer too large. I do not know what your problem is, but it is not the code - exactly the same code that works perfectly in every other EA I have produced recently.

Hhm, then I don't know what is wrong. Been running the EA for two weeks with no trades - I had a bunch during the first week I ran it. Perhaps my criminal has too much slippage during the higher volume hours. I will widen that a bit to see if it helps. Let me try that out.

I almost forgot, I did turn the stoch filter off after the first week. I will turn that back on as well.

Across two brokers, five winners today, no losers, so far. And get this, I have the EA on the same 12 pairs on the two brokers with the same settings (outside of ECN vs non-ECN) and ended up with three trades on broker A and two trades on broker B, with no duplicate trades between the two brokers.
