I've just made a txtcrawl through the files, here are the only logs found for order 27795829 :

Sorry you are having a problem. Of course the first step is to deal with your broker first. If you are not satisfied then http://www.ForexPeaceArmy.com is a great place to take your complaint. They also have dealt with many brokers and their shenanigans and/or technical glitches in systems. They would have the experience and know how to deal with this type of situation. I have used them in the past with a foreign broker and just the mention of taking my complaint to them ended the problem quickly.

Customers are a premium in the Forex market since it is very competitive so use that power. Good luck.

Thanks Bob for your input...my broker is investigating and will get back to me tomorrow. It will be interesting to see what they say.

Have gone through all the logs + set file while keeping notes.

When my eyes couldn't see anything, double-checked with editor & shell tools as well [ summary below using order #27795829 ]

Conclusion: can not find any trigger for trade closure :/
MT4i simply found the orders closed, and dutifully sent the signal to the slaves to close the trades as well.

Hope the broker comes up with a good explanation
