Hi fxwall,
Because you are new to the EA, it is vital that you get accustomed to the settings Steve uses. If you familiarise yourself well with one EA, you will be able to understand, and impliment all EA's without any problem. It's really not that difficult if you consider trying a little bit.

EA's will not print you money , and you have to watch them and understand what they do at certain times in the market, and you must be able to adjust quickly.

dont rush it, spend a lot of time on demo and definately don't try and run live.

know i'm testing in demo, but have so many settings that most of them i never read.

Before you provoke the ire of many here it would be wise to do some reading ...
I posted this earlier in the thread.

Double check your tools-options-expert adviser settings and make sure only the 4 main boxes are checked. Look at your experts tab and make sure it says all the indicators are loading. Make sure you have them all in the indicator directory under experts.. You need to learn how to run an EA before saying it won't trade. This will take a time investment on your part.

Than what you can do is run the same period through in the visual mode of strategy tester and just read what is going on. You can also pick up on any setting that you may have missed there because if you are getting signals on both main indicators and no trades something must have been set wrong in Empty4.

An other thing you can do is go to UTUBE and watch some of the many tutorials on running EA's.

Hi all,
Here are some of the results from the EA's testing.
my quick word about this;

1- the answer is in the settings, no doubt about it.

2- lower TF's much more hits. i used 5:5, check the dates and compare the 60:5 positions. very few of them. there are many more after the 2nd pic, but not necessary to post more.

3- 'slowkey' method was the surprise for me, you'll see it highlighted in the pics. more winners.

4- BE- option (break-even) is a MUST, again , follow up on the highlighted charts.

5- will start a new demo exclusively for this EA and set it in myfxbook, for all to follow.

6- This EA is also broker dependant, and MIG is not one of them. MIG criminal is also not ecn and depending if you sign up from US , cant hedge.

7- i was using markets.com for this and it seemed fine, AVAfx criminals also worked very well.

8- i do prefer short SL and TP's positions, i don't see the need for longer positions, unless you are in higher TF's, then definately 100 pips or so. Depends though if you know how to draw charts, and as Mediator was saying, thats more than the whole days trend, so i feel much more comfortable with shorter trades.

thats all that comes to mind at the moment, attached is a zip file with a lot of the results from the brokers. the only one i did not include is the ava criminal. i will attach it to the bottom signature. you can click it to view all my trades on it, i recommend you go to the trades section, and then sort either by magic number or one of the many options they have and you can do all those fancy things that you can on myfxbook.

mouse over to the right side of the trade section, there's a little thingy there, mouse over it and the trades 'comment' pops up.

i cant remember if there was anything strange in the comments, but just ask if you cant figure it out and i'll check.

oh!! TF's are 60:5 , 15:1 and my favourite 5:5, lots of action.

i'm enjoying this EA tremendously, but have'nt picked up my accounts yet. up and down, until we find the right settings. Ava had a tremdous amount of positions, so do check it out, too many to paste and upload here.

oh: please check cuzgeorge MIG, thats another MIG criminals account i have and i ran that exclusively with This EA. more hits than the other MIG crim but still worth a check out., just click under any of my posts. Graphs, i can't do as i still cant get the main demo accounts reset so we can get an accurate graph printed or viewed, but it's a lesson i just lear'nt to start a new demo with each EA.
