PLEASE alert for a TMA

Hello everyone! on the indicator TMA BANDS; I need help. If a programmer (please) could put alerts when the pair crosses the external lines (red and green) of the TMA; Thank you very much! have a good day! Again .. thank you for your help and your efforts, bravo!
