I must admit that I think we are again at the point that to many input opitions will not result in a better bot or more usefull bot.. I think you should try to find out which of the variants you have so, far that are working as intended is best for you to use.. and maybe here we start to optimize if needed.. Cheers  Tommaso |

hi Trader Desk it is a very good System, is it not better to move it in the Automated Trading System ,maybe so other will easier found it and could be better again develeped. (in my opinion) thanks for bringing this really nice strategie up wish you a nice weekend |

Hi, this is not a system to me be automate but a way to help with some of the trading decisions. To fully automate it would be beyond the scope of retail trading. My goal is to find a way to use computational time to taking some of the trading actions/decisions from my human time. I am just not sure I can even do this with help even from Tomasso kind efforts in programming. So I will see how the last EA works for a while and then take it from there... Remember if you follow the 4 hour HA Line and place positions in the same direction with risk management rules in place you should see positive results. Any trend following system with the an active risk policy structure should see good results in the long run. Bob's 10.6 system is a very good one to follow. If you see how the Heiken-Ashi HA lines are on the charts you will find that they match closely with 10.6 moving averages... Many good systems using different UI's work very similar in their calculations if arbitrage is not a factor |

For example I am running the EA on the 30 minute timeframe and when it opens a position I want the SL to be set x amount of pips behind x minute HA line. So in this case I would want the SL to be set behind the 5 minute HA line by 10 pips. So after every 5 minute bar the EA would adjust the SL by 10 pips behind the latest HA line bar. Now I thought HigherTfHASLMovingDistance=30 would do this but I dont see it plus there should be a variable for what timeframe HA to use as well.... Can this be done? Thanks...
