Considering Pac's idea of trading the lower timeframes, and if a lookback option could be implemented, I think there would be more than enough trades to keep everyone on their toes. But I may be all wet. Certainly open to criticism on that point.

Hi,

Just wanted to confirm Pac's theory , was about to write about that and how strong are those signals when alligned so lookback will be perfect to add to HGB. Just wanted to show a pic where Wave+Wave (Buffer 6 followed by buffer 7) is also very strong even on H1.

Hi All, thanks for the great work.

I wanted to contribute by tracking this error down.. But couldn't manage it.

I've loaded up v2b on my charts.
I am getting "OP_Sell order send failed with error(4051): Invalid function parameter value."
Invalid lots amount value for OrderSend function.
Anyone else experiencing this error? I think it is the Range sell triggering this error.

Surprisingly I've got this error multiple times today, only on this pair.
I attached a screenshot, but the HGI does'nt show clearly the signal, althoug the white line is displayed.

Rad Trades,
When I was comparing forward test data, I found that the multiple rad entrys had a slightly better profit factor then the single entry. It's slightly better on entering a trade then the first signal.

Looking at all the data available, the multiple entries didn't use a stop loss.
Which causes that the very few losing trades, which occasionally happened gave away much of the profit.
Would it be possible to code an SL on the Multiple Rad trades?

The same could be true for the Trend trades. But I have not enough data to prove this concept.

V 2d is in post 1, with two new inputs in the Trend/Wave section: TrendCandlesLookBack and WaveCandlesLookBack, defaulting to 4 and 3 respectively. Also added Dave's extra pip factor code so you guys can trade the exotics - remember you might have to adjust the values for non GP accounts.

Tommaso has sent me the HGI library code - don't worry if you do not understand that.

Frankly, I shudder at the chaos this could cause. I once tried to use Matts LibOrderReliable library and was instantly hit by a wall of stupidity erected by those unable to put the files in the correct folders. That is why I hacked the bits I actually needed for my own use.

We have already had people here unable even to put the EA into the correct folder. Care to imagine what will happen if I hit them with a library?

So, does anyone know of a reliable and free file distribution utility?

Hey Steve,

A library?? 'Alf of 'em wouldn't even read a post if they ran into it. and someone's gone and built a library??

I guess you could put it in a directory and zip it up, but we both know that some will just pull it out, and ask where to shove it.

A few places come to mind...
