Reload Desky and go to the Common tab to make sure that Experts and DLL's are ticked. It is possible for an individual ea to be disabled whilst Experts overall are enabled.

I always delete the folder altogether when doing a reinstall, then reinstall to a now folder with a different name. I don't think that the Empty4 uninstall feature removes everything, so that reinstalling to the same folder picks up stuff left behind.

Good morning,

Please can you help me with a quick question on Sharky? Everything is working beautifully on my demo account, however, when switching to my live account, (with Global Prime), the message changes from "Maximum no of trades allowed on the platform, by your broker :250" to "Maximum no of trades allowed on the platform, by your broker :0" and I am left with no trades being opened.

Please could you point me in the right direction?

Hi Fabian.

"Maximum no of trades allowed on the platform, by your broker :0" means unlimited number of trades.

Automatic trading gets disabled when switching accounts, have you re-enabled it?

Although Auto Trading never turned itself off on the main terminal, it did indeed have the box ticked in the options.

Good Day to All,

I have just gotten out of the Tdesk manual (again) and I didn't see a setting so I figured I'd ask here... Is there any way to adjust the colors of the Super signals arrows and price lines when drawn on the chart? Or is there a way to remove the lines and just have arrows? Thanks.

Hi.

The colors are the same as for the arrows in the TDesk matrix (UpSignalColor, DnSignalColor). You can only disable arrows and lines together.

Hi to all.

Since few months i can't use TDesk on my real acc (Purple), while on my Demo acc (Admiral) works fine with same settings. Now whe I want paste TDesk on Purple Empty4, an error message appears:
"ERROR: The maximum numbers of symbols is 40. Your list contains 56."

I tried to find on forum something about this issue, but without success.

Can somebody any advice for me please?

You have defined too many symbols for TDesk to manage, see TDesk manual. TDesk's automatic symbol list is dependent of your broker's symbol list. Different brokers may result in different symbol lists.

I knew this, but I didn't understand where so many symbols come from, when I just 8 currencies entered.
Now I noticed that the broker has pairs with and without suffix in the list and therefore pairs are duplicated.
Now I set suffix _stp and TDesk works normal.
Sorry for my mistake and thanks for your help and support.
