None of the basket managers, just HGBnG with manual intervention.

Steve, I believe you've nailed it!
:!!:
So do I. :!!:

I have also gone back on my desire to move to the Stop and Limit method. I have done rather well out of the Stop only method, so am not changing.

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean send an immediate market order as soon as HGI generates a signal?
Yes, but only for "stop limit orders"
Cheers,
Krzysztof
Here it is. The new input is SendImmediateMarketTrade.

I have not uploaded this to post 1 because I have started to code offsetting for the stop only trading method and this is complicated and I need to reorder some of the inputs, and rename them.

So please, no more requests for tweaks for the next few days.

Of that 22 day's, I had 21 winning day's and 1 losing.
On that losing day, I lost $0.63........

Some numbers;
- 8 pairs, 7 USD crosses and GBPJPY
- 8.081 pips gained, that's appr. 367 each day
- account grew by 92%, that's over 4% daily
- HGBnG stop and limit used, the former 'standard' one
- trading TF H4
- max DD over 40% (last weekend), now below 10%
- last but not least, some manual intervention from time to time

Steve, I believe you've nailed it!

Nope.
Plain vanilla HGBnG.

Dave Roland is someone for whom I have huge respect. He was trading this stuff successfully when I was still trying to work out how to send manual trades. We go back a long way. He has helped me in the past. He wants a short cut, he gets one.

I uploaded that set file for him. I knew he would understand what to do with it. I doubt that you even know what to do when changing basic inputs.

Stop asking for set files and work thingies out for yourself. You seriously think there is a Lazy-Dimwit's Forex Free Lunch?

Dream on cretin.

Take this mild abuse as a warning. You want about 20% of the full evisceration? Carry on as you are.

Steve your responses are so funny at times to these poor unsuspecting noobs it hurts my stomach laughing

Thought I give you guys all a mid week update! 8-)

I'm not doing as good at Mr. Hopwood but its something to be proud of for one months and week results. :yahoo:

I fudged up few trades and lost about $30 dollars because I was testing some of the buttons and their functionality!

Drawdown: Exit Strategies and Avoiding Common Mistakes

Statistically, in the very first tick after opening a trade there is a 50% probability that a price will fall below the open level (ignoring spread). For the lifespan of most trades, the odds of experiencing drawdown at some point are 90% or higher. In other words, at best expect only one in ten of your trades not to experience drawdown at some point.

This will help the noobs who are struggling to understand why this ea goes into draw down and how to deal with it.
