Hi GG "There is one thing about this "Fractal" based system that almost everyone, amazingly, fail to see. It has nothing to do with math, statistics or algorithm. It's in plain sight on the chart - and if you can't see it - look closer and harder... " I am looking closer and harder...nothing These fractals are repainting (that does not bother me ) but I still don't get my head around how to look at them differently.. please advice if you could. Here is a pic what I am looking at.....USDJPY 15min cheers hannele |

hi hannele....just wanted to add that dont forget what he said (GG)..."Take a good look at the standard fractals: not where your eyes leads you - but where "trader" entry/exit points will/should be and connect the dots." thanks john |

From what I understood, gg53's method has in fact nothing to do with fractals. It's only using the "Fractal" indicator, which just tells if the center bar of an interval has a higher or lower value than the other bars. A fractal is something entirely different. John Ehlers published some indicators that really trade with fractals. |

Me neither - we are on the same boat. Anyway Carl, do you have any progress with this concept at all? Milanese, did you check this DNA thing? Your skill would be very useful in here Thx, K |

I'm stuck for last couple of weeks at creating SET 3 (forget about even calculating the probabilities...) |

Kruspe, There had been some new information from GG53 that needs to be implemented. He is modifying Zigzag length (bar length) using a factor from ATR5 (ATR of 5 bars). Carl |
