I got feed up with scrolling back in the charts to download updated history data from the brokers.
I also did not find any script/ea which did do the job to my satisfaction (I'm sure there must be some out there but anyway I had not found it)

This EA is still new and not much tested but it looks like it does the job: get"s for me about 45000 M1 Bars .. seems my broker does not offer more...manual scrolling does not get anything beyond that.....

I offer this free of charge for anyone who wants (only .ex4 file)

There are 2 versions:

* MUCH FASTER: eGetFastBrokerRatesHST_ATI
- but sometimes it does not work under Linux/Wine - Windows XP seemed OK


* SLOWER: eGetBrokerRatesHST_ATI:
- seems to be more stable: advantage: if one does stop it between it will fast skip the already downloaded files and continue

- READ ALSO THE INFO in the zip file for input settings.
- READ ALSO THE INFO at the scripts: Input Tab.

TIP: it is sometimes helpful to have additional a FakeTick generator running:
- e.g. mt4ticker https://www.fx1.net/wiki/pmwiki.php/MT4Ticker/MT4Ticker
- OR TickingAllCharts_1.mq4
