Need help with an ea.

I need help coding an ea. When an ema crosses another ema, let's say a 4 period ema crosses a 14 period from the bottom upwards it must buy, when the 4 ema cross the 14 ema from the top it must sell. Is it possible to do this? I am trying to avoid checking currency rates all day for a possible entry.
