Waiting to buy/sell EA's

The attached EA's do not send a trade when the trading line is crossed. I have changed nothing except minimum lot size.

Any ideas? I have started to learn coding my own stuff, and some of the coding in these EA's is of interest to me, but if it doesn't work then no point, and I don't know enough yet to spot errors.
