Close all order on equity

Hi, I'm looking for an EA that close all orders not on profit, but on equity. The best would be to set a target of profit based on difference between equity on starting of trades , everytime it reach the target close all and start again from the new equity value. Anybody knows about it? The problem starts because I use multiple robots that opens a lot of trades, the profit is often negative because all the profit trades are close very quicly so profit is often negative but equity not.
