Very thanks, i use shi_channel, ZUP_v135NC for bullish n bearish signal..
but i dont know how to detect, market is currently sideways or trending.. any help and recommendation please...

I would say H4. Possibly use H1 to try and get an entry closer to your H4 positioned stop loss.
