Muholov EA need coder help to make lot sizable

Hello,

I have this great ea but it does not have a risk option. I was hoping someone could take a look at it and add and extern variable for risk percentage. Example "Risk = 0.002". This should be pretty easy for even a novice coder but is like hieroglyphics to me.
