I need a lawyer

A member has sent me information that traders really need to know. I need to know if/how I can present that information without subjecting SHF to the possibility of legal action for Libel.

Would one of our lawyer members who knows about this stuff PM me, please?

Steve,

I would suggest that you do not post it.
I suggest have that person start a blog and they can post it on their own blog.
I have seen many good public forums get hit by some information (good or bad) as it depends on how someone else looks at it.
No lawyer can tell you how someone else will look at it. They can give you their opinion.

What was this 'information' about?
If you can't publish it on a public domain, couldn't it be posted to each member personally?

This was quite some time ago. Something to do with a former brokerage owner being sued in UK High Courts for gazillions and apparently trying to restart a brokerage firm. I do not remember the details nor whom it was contacted me about this.
