MetaViewer64.dll

Several freshly downloaded Tools on my reinstalled VPS do not work properly (e.g. BackUp Maker, EA copy) installed under C:\Program Files (x86) and show the attached message. Empty4-accounts are under C:\Empty4\... and MetaViewer64.dll is at C:\Windows\system32\MetaViewer64.dll
The only difference I see is the capital letter of System32 versus system32 ????
any suggestions. Thanks Mike
