Vertical scroll in charts

Another Empty4 noob question. I'm using Global Prime demo atm and I can't see some of the HGI symbols, some of the ones at the top and the bottom of the chart. I know they are there because I can see their values in the data window (e.g. wavy line in buffer 8).

The charts seem fixed in the vertical. If I set Scale fix One to One in chart properties it places a yellow scroll bar on the vertical axis, but it's fixed and I can't scroll vertically up and down.

Similar problem (and I've been living with this since the start) is that indicator windows are fixed, I can't resize them.

Ideally I'd like the charts to automatically scale in the vertical so I can see all chart symbols that have been placed on the chart, but I can't even manually scroll atm.

OK, I can work around the problem where I can't see all HGI symbols on the chart.

For the other problem, where I can't resize the indicator windows (they are fixed height), does anyone know how to solve that problem. Must be a setting somewhere but I can't find it.

In main chart try clicking in the price field on the right hand side of the chart. With the mouse still held down drag it down to compress or up to expand.

Double click here and the chart will zoom to the price extents - so might not pick up the symbols.

For the indicator window, hover your mouse over the line dividing it from the main chart and when you see the cursor change, click and drag to resize.

I should have been more explicit. I know how resizing indicator windows and vertical scroll is supposed to work using the mouse, what I'm saying is that it doesn't work. Well, it does work now because I figured out what was causing it not to work. It was the Global_Crosshairs indicator I'm using.

Anyway, kind of related to my initial question, does anyone know of a script that turns Scale fix on/off for all charts at once? The Scale fix setting is not saved when saving a template.
