Automated S&R with WSO & WRO indicator

Recently I came across an article on wso & wro and how the idea can be used to improve auto trading systems. The author has used spreadsheets to prove his argument. The article is attached.

I also came across wso & wro Indicator which uses the same principles of S&R. The indi is attached.

I do understand the principles explained by the author, however, I do not get how to use the indicator and how I could incorporate it an ea.

I would appreciate if the more experienced members of the forum can explain how to use the indicator and its use in an ea without the use of speadsheets.
