Close all at specified level?

Hello

How would you code this? I am looking to close all orders at a specified level. No matter how many orders are between the first price and close price, all should close at same price.

Example:
open initial order at price A,
set Close All at initial order price plus 50 pips (B) either way or both sides
Close All price plus minus x pips, Level B
