Empty4 instantly stopped working. Fat lot of bloody use that was, so I hastily undid the upgrade. The Clowns at Crappersoft anticipated that their product would be rubbish and included an undo feature - about the first intelligent thing those morons have done for 20 years.
I see in the "I made an Ide" thread that Freefox has just hit the skids with this cataclysmically horrendous piece of software. That and my experience gave me the idea for this thread.
Those of you who have fallen victim to Crapdows 10, please post your problems here in case anyone can help.
Those of you who have found solutions to problems, please post them here for the benefit of others.
Mind, the best solution might be to shell out for Crapdows 7.
PS: if all you want is a damn good rant, then let it out.

Subsequent edit, 9th Jan 2016. I have just invested in a new desktop pc running Crapdows 10. I hate to admit it, but I like it. This admission has to be dragged from me kicking and screaming.
Doesn't mean the Morons at Microsoft have not got something nasty waiting for me in the wings, and I will scream about it here when it arises. In the meantime, Crapdows 10 is the first version of this benighted software that I have liked using.
People might expect me to congratulate The Morons. No chance. What I say is: about bloody time. It has taken about 20 years to reach this point.
