(Ask) EA to Close When Open Session

English isn't my native language, pardon me if I wrong, we all now that market move because "buyers" and "sellers" make transaction in the market forex, and as far as I know the starting price movement is an open session in the market, so does it possible to make EA that close order (profit or loss ) when an open session begin and that EA able to close only one pair or all pair, thanks
