Peak HiLo Fibs

Post by Radar »

Hey Gang,

Just thought I'd do a mash-up of the PeakHiLo indie with a Fibs indie.
Have a squizz, and see if it's useful ;)

Have fun!

Cheers Radar, that's pretty cool. Have added it to my template and should make exit opportunities very clear. Any chance you could add a choice of colour for the fib lines?

Hey Joe,

Would you prefer to choose different colours for each level, or just for the whole group?
It currently has Green:Up, Red:Down.
I try and use one TF below, to look for possible scale-ins, using a variation of DIAD, (I wait for the first trade's JSL to move, then calculate a lot size & BE-Line to risk of 25% of locked-in profit).

Have fun!

Just the whole group... :)

I am going to watch this on D1 alongside Flying Buddha ALR and see whether there is much correlation between the Fibs and reversal FB.

Read the effing manual, ok?

Afterprime is the official SHF broker. Read about them at https://www.stevehopwoodforex.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=175790#p175790.

I still suffer from OCCD. Good thing, really.

Anyone here feeling generous? My paypal account is always in the market for a tiny donation. pianodoodler@hotmail.com is the account.

Thanks for the colour choice upgrade :yahoo:

Looking at 60day low to high here it's good to see the D1 Flying Buddha's mark those fib areas on the way up and now can see the support from the first fib on the way down.. Great tool Radar

I've been doing my second entry the same risk as the first entry, but only once my stop on the first is at BE. The real DIAD in the model he showed was a 1:7 rrr trade with almost no pullback. Hoping for that is just too... hopeful.

Just wanted to pop back and say how useful this indi has been for me. It compliments Superslope and Flying Buddhas very well and the levels can provide a useful sanity check when trading naked.

Cheers!

Hey Gang,

Made a couple of modifications last weekend, and tested through the week.
You can now choose whether the peaks are based on Close, or Wicks.
You can also set Alerts for Cross/Close above Green fib-levels/below Red fib-levels, (five levels (not counting Zero), so five possible alerts).
If alerts are based on Close, you can choose the TimeFrame that triggers the alert(s).
Have fun!
