Time Operated EA

Hi,
I have cobbled together an EA which places pending orders at a specific time (Eg News releases).
It works OK, but occassionally it inexplicably misfires.
I.e. It will not place a pending order at all at the right time(this is very infrequent, but annoying).
It will delete pending orders too early(again, infrequent), and sometimes the trailing stop function does not work in a timely fashion(I.e. at each tick).

I hope that it is something simple, but I cannot fathom it.
All inputs are in points(5 digit criminal, so 300 Take profit = 30 pips etc.
MarginPoint is the distance to place the pending buy/sell from the ask/bid.
Eg if margin point is at 100 and the ask is 1.0000 the pending buy is at 1.0100
The Sell pending ordrer is bid - 100.

I hope someone can have a look and improve it as it is very good at placing the orders usually.
Is there anything to overcome "criminal 'busy'" return?
