Empty4 mobile for android

I've not used Empty4 mobile before. I want to use it just to check status of accounts/trades, I don't really want to use it for actual trading, not at this stage anyway.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2. Downloaded the Empty4 mobile app, put in login details for one of my GP demo accounts and seemed to login OK. But I can't see any details on the account. I was expecting see all the open trades etc, but nothing. I can't add quotes, the "+" symbol appears to be greyed out, same for charts.

Is there a problem using Empty4 mobile on demo accounts, or is there something else I need to do to set this up.

Ok, solved. As usual a combination of a few problems, one with my local network. Fixed that but still didn't work. Cleared cache data for the app and could then log in OK.
