Simple Basket Manger by order/ticket number?

I wonder if there is a simple basket manager EA or anyone knows of any that you can attach to a chart and input a list of trades by their order/ticket numbers for the EA to manage as a basket for a set TP or loss? I know there are a few Trade/Basket managers on this site but none of them can be used as one EA on a chart manage a list of trades by ticket numbers as a basket. They all either manage by all open orders, magic number, symbol, comments, or just one ticket/order number. I want the EA to manage a list of trades by ticket numbers as a basket. Thanks
