I send the attached zip file with my Welcome message to new members. I wrote the six part guide to getting started from a position of zero knowledge for people so new to the business that they know nothing.

I thought this might be of interest to quite a few folks but especially any noobs. At about 30 minutes in there is a clip from what I take to be a professional traders terminal (not Empty4). It shows how market professionals view major news releases like NFP. From 30-35 minutes, the narrator is fairly quiet and lets the news play out. About 35 minutes there is an explanation of what you see on the chart.
