So I was surprised when I looked at one of Mr Hopwood's accounts (a Moving Day demo) and the name displayed something that was clearly named, whereas my own accounts only display my email address in the same slot.
I've been spending a couple hours now to figure out how to get this quality-of-life update, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
My broker is GlobalPrime, but I haven't be able to find out how to do it brokerside either. I've read somewhere that you get upgraded to a "pro" account once you trade enough, but my (very) small live account probably doesn't qualify
Is there someone that can point me in the right direction?
