Trader - Looking for a retirement EA.

Good day folks and Happy New year to you all.
If this post is not allowed or goes against any forum rule that I may have missed, please feel free to remove it thanks.

In Short - I am a Manual Trader and am looking to retire soon, this is an idea to create an EA for a stable, fairly low risk, average return EA from one of my manual strategies that will replace the income I am going to lose when retiring.
A little about me. My name is Wayne, I am British but live in New Zealand, although I still trade from a UK VPS for obvious reasons. I have been a trader of Forex, Primarily Gold and Silver for around 28 years and have in this time managed to make a sensible living from trading, raising two wonderful kids and keeping my wife happy, I think.
I am not a coder, I have no idea about code, I will waste your time at times, I may ask for the impossible, I may ask for the sublime and will probably annoy you with my lack of coding knowledge or the understanding thereof, however, I am not stupid so if you bear with me, we should end up with a stable EA that generates a stable return for minimal risk.

I have an idea that goes something like this and would welcome any interested coders thoughts and ideas. I know that Steve offers to code for $100 or something like that, but this would be an abuse of that offer in my opinion, hence I suggest the following as a start and primary evaluation.
I am happy to pay, every Monday, NZ$100 for 12 weeks, which should be more than enough time to jointly find the correct indicators and whatever else is required and get a working prototype from the H4 strategy I would like coded which will then allow me to decide whether I throw more money at the idea or get into a partnership with a coder and continue to develop something together?
