open close label indicator

I'm looking for an indicator that creates a price label at certain given times on the chart for a maximum of 5 days back?

If vertical lines works for you, x-lines indi can place them on certain times for as many days as you want.

There are a few around like this but they make the chart look a right mess.
I just want to know the London Open,close Ny Open,close
