Help with uploading Detailed Statements from Empty4.

Hi,
can anyone please tell me what i'm doing wrong in the following procedure?

-I open my Empty4 terminal, look up my history tab and save the results to my desktop.
- the file created is always called detailed statement, and is always in 'htm' form.
- i have no problem with the gif that is associated with the statement, but when i try uploading to Steves forum, i get the error pictured below.
- i use chrome as my browser but it happens with any browser i use.

Hope this is not the wrong place for this question, if so, please Mr/s Mod, can you place it where it should be?

Apparently it doesn't allow uploading web pages. Makes sense. Why don't you print the statement to a PDF file and upload the PDF? There are many free PDF printers out there if you don't have one already.

sometimes the answer is so simple and right in front of me, but i always think it's a bigger problem than it is.
