The dashboard EA only trades currencies and not metals. You should check your settings to ensure you are not including metals, otherwise wait for Rene.

Rene, I have an issue that might be answered in your other dashboard boards but I couldn't find a solution. The dashboard buttons just quit opening charts. It has happened on my local charts and my VPS charts. Template hasnt changed....

Just tested it here ... still works here. What can I say? You are clicking on the up/down arrows right? Not on the empty cells or on the symbol names? Is there any message in the Experts tab? Is Empty4 working otherwise fine, or did it stop responding? I've got very little to diagnose this problem -- as it is working for me and I can't see what could be the problem.

The notepad & Word text programs are having a fit over the uderline "_" in " _TimeFrame4=Parameters for .....", plus some of the data lines are missing. It appears that saving to the set file is the only safe way to do it. Can you reload your setfile?

You must have selected 'current' for one or more of the time frames ... and why shouldn't you? This should be perfectly valid and possible. I have squashed this little bug and the update is in Post 1

Nothing else has changed in this update, so if it didn't bother you before there is no need to re-download.

Emulating your setting, there are hardly any trade. How did you get that many a day?

With all 4 TF having strength test of at least 5 same signal and made worse with only 240 minutes of Look back minutes, the setup is rather strict and only allow for super big currency movement for at least more than an hour. WHile observing this on the beginning of NY session, even this didn't generate enough to fit the criteria to trigger, especially not meeting enough for 1 hour TF strength test.

Here is todays results with TJF set both filtered with 12 lwma. The huge DD on the H4 trigger set yesterday was from not having a filter. I put the non filtered version on a different account on my VPS. Maybe this filtered version can gain back all the DD
I am going to spend time today looking at each trade to see how a larger ma such as 34 in the filter will effect the outcome.

So with that H1 trigger, did you put on a filter for it? might not help once the open order was made and a reversal happen (like you are at the tip of the turning point). the MA might only assist to prevent future opening of orders.

Did your deep DD happen to an order that opened during a perfectly normal condition and caught a surprise reversal as you were holding it longer before it hit TP?

Somehow if the EA is smart enough to close the opened position when the strength tests no longer confirm the direction on multi TF/symbol then the losses would have been reduced. HOwever, such test need to have a different set of values for strength and (smaller) MA since MA is still slow to react.

Not all the 4 TFs have the strength test - H1 does not and M30 is 4 as I said few posts above.

You have to use the setting that works for you as I use a very conservative setting for fewer but stronger trades. I got that many because I was also testing different settings on M1 & M15, which triggered similar trades with the M30. Trading requires the discipline of a solder and the patience of a saint

Leave the EA to do its work or reduce the strength test and increase the lookback to fit what you want. Your call :hi:
