Hello fellow traders,

I'm looking for help to find setfiles for the following symbols:
SYMBOLS:

• USDJPY
• NZDUSD
• GBPCHF
• AUDCAD
• GOLD
• if you think other symbols will work -> do it

PERIOD

• 2012-01-02 to 2012-12-29

NOTE

• try to find settings like you see in Post #1 with fixed lotsize 0.1 (Moneymanagement Off) and a minimum of 5 trades at 10k start.
• my idea is to find 5 different symbols to put them together on one demo-account. so the most important thing is to have a setfile without loosers

To get the complete tickdata for 2012-01-02 - 2012-12-29 I use tickstory lite. In tickstory you download the data for the symbol -> export it to .csv-file and then import it to your Empty4.

I'm a little tied up to get into the BTing right now, but can fill you all in that none of my demos running all your work have lost yet.
The only one thats in the crapper at the moment , and for the first time, is v101, with a huge open 10k loss at the moment. I am running OOTB and have never felt the need to intervene except for this one position on v101. I havent done anything about it yet, but will when i get a chance.

I suspect it would have to be a manual intervention because BB does not overtrade, or i might start to play with MPTM on a chart to handle any rogue trades like this one from time to time. WIll forward test and post here what settings i find that work.
Altrnatively, you might prefer work only on the latest version, please advise and i'll do so.

thank you for that hint, actual I'm working on this with the actual V1.04b. I'm aware that the system
is sometimes to late, but I tried to adjust the parameters and on the downside there are too many losers in the actual BT.

The actual strategy enters only if:
LONG - 1st Trade

• ema5_H1-MinPipsDiff > ema20_H1
• ema5_H1-ema20_H1 < MaxPipsDiff
• ema5_H1 > ema5Prev_H1
• Bulls_M15 > 0
• Bears_M15 > 0

SHORT - 1st Trade

• ema5_H1+MinPipsDiff < ema20_H1
• ema20_H1-ema5_H1 < MaxPipsDiff
• ema5_H1 < ema5Prev_H1
• Bulls_M15 < 0
• Bears_M15 < 0

The trades after are only valid if Bears & Bulls confirm the direction

But I still think there is some problem with the calculations and I didn't figured it out yet.

ps. tell me your opinion/improvements on this strategy

please stay with the versions you have, I will take care of the actual one. It's good for me to see how this versions work, cause i know what the changes are.

I always make a version-jump when I start with new ideas, so I keep always my running systems...
the past experience taught me to do so..

I'm going to start some forward & back testing for Bulls & Bears..

Can you tell me what input variables can be adjusted? Day Range, Bulls Period, EMA Settings etc!!
