NB 10.4 / 10.5 V. 5.02 some questions

Post by LaHood »

Hello all,

as this is my first post here i will introduce myself first to be not an only posting anonymous ghost. :) My name is Oska, i hit this year the round 40 and work as architect for a german govermant. I read about the nanningbob in a german forex forum and as last i found the way to this great site here. I have read the both pdfs. 10.4 and the css one. But i have some questions if i understand all correctly. So it would be great if some of you can give me some answers i couldnt find atm. I posted a screenshot with numbers on it for my questions i have.

The concept sounds easy, buy above 240 LWMA and sell below it. I love the kiss principle. :)

1. In my example i choosed NZDUSD as pair. The first currency, in this case NZD is always that currency what is meant by the color the CSS shows? So at last its green and mean NZD is stronger than the USD and vice versa if its red?

2. I have no clue what i wanna ask here. I forget it. Maybe i get it later back in my brain.

3. As example i choose the area with the black vertical line. So if that area would be now i would have some questions how to handle a possible trade. So the price is below the 240 LWMA i only look for short trades. Is it important that the Slope of NZD before in the red area below number 3 was weak and under ths USD slope? If so, a crossing in the yellow area could mean a change of the direction or is it not important at this position? If it is not important i check the RSA2 and see that this is on top. So long the color of the css is yellow i would now place a pending order? But where? At the green WP line? And where would be my TP target? The next dottet line looks to early after the green WP. And the SL at the 240 LWMA? As the css turns green i would cancel the pending order or close a open trade here?

4. And im not sure how to handle the treshhold. I read that it has something to do with the brokers we use. But what that exactly mean im not sure. Has it to do with 5 or 4 digit brokers? When is it useful to use 2.5 or 3.0 as treshhold? It looks like that 2.5 fits better with the colors in the css, but that is a subjective point of view.

thx for your time
Oska

The green color means that the price action is going up or under the right circumstances it is a buy. REd means price actoin is going down. However if you are below the 240 line and CSS is green it is what we call a rally in a down trend (DT). The Gold means price action has stalled and a reversal could happen. So if price is below the 240 line but the CSS is green it means dont bother placing any sell trades. When it turns gold then the rally in the DT has probably ended and we look to buy back into the trend. A 2nd confirmation has been the RSI 2. is pinned tothe top of the indicator. Now we look to sell back into the trend.

2. I have no clue what i wanna ask here. I forget it. Maybe i get it later back in my brain.

All these questions are answered in the PDF. I would only be repeating what I have already written in the booklet.

4. And im not sure how to handle the treshhold. I read that it has something to do with the brokers we use. But what that exactly mean im not sure. Has it to do with 5 or 4 digit brokers? The threshold, you do not need to bother understanding specifically what that means but basically when the two lines go below the 3 line in the indie the color of the bars turns gold. In other words the difference in price action between the two maybe reversing or price is resting before moving back into the trend.
