as this is my first post here i will introduce myself first to be not an only posting anonymous ghost.
The concept sounds easy, buy above 240 LWMA and sell below it. I love the kiss principle.
1. In my example i choosed NZDUSD as pair. The first currency, in this case NZD is always that currency what is meant by the color the CSS shows? So at last its green and mean NZD is stronger than the USD and vice versa if its red?
2. I have no clue what i wanna ask here. I forget it. Maybe i get it later back in my brain.
3. As example i choose the area with the black vertical line. So if that area would be now i would have some questions how to handle a possible trade. So the price is below the 240 LWMA i only look for short trades. Is it important that the Slope of NZD before in the red area below number 3 was weak and under ths USD slope? If so, a crossing in the yellow area could mean a change of the direction or is it not important at this position? If it is not important i check the RSA2 and see that this is on top. So long the color of the css is yellow i would now place a pending order? But where? At the green WP line? And where would be my TP target? The next dottet line looks to early after the green WP. And the SL at the 240 LWMA? As the css turns green i would cancel the pending order or close a open trade here?
4. And im not sure how to handle the treshhold. I read that it has something to do with the brokers we use. But what that exactly mean im not sure. Has it to do with 5 or 4 digit brokers? When is it useful to use 2.5 or 3.0 as treshhold? It looks like that 2.5 fits better with the colors in the css, but that is a subjective point of view.
thx for your time
