Thanks Tommaso, I really appreciate it... Once I have it I will see how it will work out with my trading style using Heiken Ashi on various time-frames. If it looks like a winner I will put together a trading strategy for others to try out as well...

this is a first PreVersion it trades HA crosses with PipsInHA you can define how many pips after a cross you want to entry the trade, for the rest please PM me, try this one for looking if it serves as base.., CSS is integrated (if you want to experiment with this it is OOTB off) too the HA indicator is in EA so no need for external indicators

What I am looking for is a way to configure when Price has crossed the HA line wait for 1,2,3,4,5 etc... bars to close AND IF price is still above the HA line AFTER the CROSS to open a BUY position. / when Price has crossed the HA line wait for 1,2,3,4,5 etc... bars to close AND IF price is still below the HA line AFTER the CROSS to open a SELL position.

The other scenario is price is in a bull run. When price comes back close to the HA line within xx pips I want to open a NEW position in the direction of the bull run.

Now the idea to close positions can be many but if I am using the HA line I would want to close it by how many pips price CROSSES over the HA line or by once it CROSSES over how many bars must close AND Price must still be below the HA line once those bars close. For example, if price goes below the HA line I want to wait 2 bars to close and if I see Price is still below the HA line I would then close my position.

ok now I made the DelayTheEntryForXBars, please try and report if it is like you thought, if this ok I will look for exit and other add's, you can delay too with pips as in former version if you set delay_shift=0 if it is >0 PipsInHA has no influence..
Hope it is a step in right direction..

Will start testing it out.... One other idea to put in the to-do list is the ability to limit how many buys the EA can do. For example let's say price crossed up and after 2 BARS closed A position was OPEN. Now I would want to leave it running with the logic that when Price comes back within xx pips a new order is OPEN. I would not want the price to go up and with a short time to come back down and OPEN another position.

Is there a way to limit this to number(#) of concurrent open positions and/or withing a certain time limit?

When I trade I like to add in positions when they are in the direction of my Take Profit levels. So I like to add a position when Price Action reverts back to the Mean, in this case, close to the HA line. But I want to make sure I do not open too many positions or open them to close to one another... Normally I would add and watch but as one of the goals is to take my eyes off of the chart we need to look at adding this to the EA... Am I making sense?

I guess Time could be amount of BARS that need to close before new position can be open...

Cool.... Ok I will try to put some modular boxes to help me keep track. As an example below is the example of "Cross HA line OPEN position" which is the basic logic to open a position when price crosses HA line. The variables are "DelayTheEntryForXBars" and "PriceFromHAline"...

Later we can other variables and Modular boxes to reflect more advance trading logic... An example would be to look at a higher time-frame first to make sure price is on the same side of the HA line as the lower time-frame OPEN position... and so on....

Here is the actual graph. I open the EA while price was still climbing as shown on the chart. I wait for price to cross down and if price is below the HA line and I see three red boxes to be closed then on the 4th box it should open a sell position....
